At Hunter’s, we believe that our community makes us great.
The story of Hunter’s began in 1985 in the famous Warmoestraat. Not with coffee, but with a dog. Here, at this famous location near the Amsterdam Red Light District, amid all pussycats, a dog called Hunter’s marked its territory, by taking a well-aimed leak against the façade. The owner of the dog decided that this was a great location and the first Hunter’s Coffeeshop was born. Meanwhile, the territory of Hunter’s has expanded, and you’ll find the famous logo with the dog all over the place in Amsterdam.
Friendly environment
We sell what we sell with coffee or beer, play good music and offer a friendly smile with our service. We have 3 bars and 6 coffeeshops located in the Centre, North & West of Amsterdam, Zandvoort and Haarlem. Above all we’re still making it happen!
